Common use of Quiet Hours Clause in Contracts

Quiet Hours. If the Roommates will be required to maintain a certain level of quiet during predetermined hours on a daily basis or during weekends, holidays, and events then mark the checkbox “Quiet Hours.” This should be accompanied by the times, days, and/or calendar dates that the Roommates will agree to limit the noise they produce to remain compliant with this agreement. (39) Keys & Access. The keys assigned to the Roommates as well as the areas where these keys grant access should be defined. Xxxx the fifth checkbox on this list and provide this report as requested. It is strongly recommended that this area is completed since “Keys And Access” will concern security and boundaries the Landlord expects upheld by the Roommates and vice versa. (40)
