Common use of Quiet Hours Clause in Contracts

Quiet Hours. If the Roommates will be required to maintain a certain level of quiet during predetermined hours on a daily basis or during weekends, holidays, and events then mark the checkbox “Quiet Hours.” This should be accompanied by the times, days, and/or calendar dates that the Roommates will agree to limit the noise they produce to remain compliant with this agreement.
