Use of Personal Property. Teachers shall not be required to provide/use personal property while carrying out their professional duties. A teacher shall have the right to appeal to the Board for payment for loss relating to personal property damaged beyond use or stolen (such personal property having been listed with the principal and not covered entirely by the teacher's insurance) while the teacher is acting in the performance of his/her teaching duties. Prior to appealing to the Board the request will be discussed with and investigated by the Superintendent or designee.

Use of Personal Property. When using a personally owned vehicle on any Township business with prior approval, except in the event of an emergency, an employee shall be reimbursed for the use of such vehicle at the per mile rate established by the Internal Revenue Service for business use of personal vehicles. In matters such as, but not limited to, Court and schooling, the provisions of this Article shall apply if a Township vehicle is unavailable.

Use of Personal Property. The short term Equipment License between Avionics and EFTC shall also be extended until September 2, 1997 unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties.
Use of Personal Property. 1. Who may use your TV, Laptop, DVDs, game console and other electronics? How often must others ask permission? Do you want to be present when others are using your property?
2. Will we share clothing and other personal items / toiletries? How often must others ask permission?
3. Which groceries will we share? How will we know who should replenish them?
4. What happens if something breaks?
Use of Personal Property. Use of personal vehicle for Company business will be allowed if agreeable to employee and the Company. The employee will be reimbursed for such use at the then-current IRS allowance per mile. The use of a personal cell phone for Company business will not be allowed. If a cell phone is deemed necessary, one will be provided by the Company. A tool pouch with hand tools are the responsibility of the employee. If a tool is broken on site it will be replaced by the Company on an exchange basis.
Use of Personal Property. Avionics shall provide to Purchaser the right to use any and all of the Avionics Personal Property on a non-exclusive basis pursuant to a short term agreement in the form of Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Equipment License"). The Equipment License shall be executed and delivered at the Avionics Inventory Transfer Date.
Use of Personal Property. Participant understands that any personally owned property, including but not limited to automobiles, used in conjunction with this service learning experience are not insured or otherwise covered or indemnified by the University. Participant understands that if she/he utilizes a personally owned automobile she/he is required to carry auto liability insurance as required by law. Further, if Participant agrees to be a passenger in a vehicle that is not owned and/or operated by a University faculty member or representative, Participant hereby assumes any and all risks that may be associated with riding in such vehicle and will hold the University harmless from any and all loss, damage, injury, or liability that may arise from such act.
