Quite Possession. Upon payment by Lessee of the rent for the Premises and the observance and performance of all of the covenants, conditions and provisions on Lessee's part to be observed and performed under this Lease, Lessee shall have quiet possession of the Premises for the entire term hereof subject to all of the provisions of this Lease.

Quite Possession. If the Tenant shall pay the rent and all other amounts required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease as herein provided and shall keep, observe and perform all of the other covenants of this Lease by it to be kept, observed and performed, the Tenant may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the premises for the term aforesaid.
