Quorum at General Meetings. 29.1 Except as otherwise provided by the Act or these Bye-laws, at any general meeting two or more Persons present in person at the start of the meeting and having the right to attend and vote at the meeting and holding or representing in person or by proxy at least 50 per cent plus one voting share of the total issued voting shares in the Company at the relevant time shall form a quorum for the transaction of business. 29.2 If within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting a quorum is not present, then, in the case of a meeting convened on a requisition, the meeting shall be deemed cancelled and, in any other case, the meeting shall stand adjourned to the same day one week later, at the same time and place or to such other day, time or place as the CEO may determine. If the meeting shall be adjourned to the same day one week later or the CEO shall determine that the meeting is adjourned to a specific date, time and place, it shall not be necessary to give notice of the adjourned meeting other than by announcement at the meeting being adjourned. If the CEO shall determine that the meeting be adjourned to an unspecified date, time or place, fresh notice of the resumption of the meeting shall be given to each Member entitled to attend and vote thereat in accordance with these Bye-laws. A meeting may not be adjourned under this Bye-law 29.2 to a day which is more than 90 days after the day originally appointed for the meeting.

If the CEO Secretary shall determine that the meeting be adjourned to an unspecified date, time or place, fresh notice of the resumption of the meeting shall be given to each Member entitled to attend and vote thereat in accordance with the provisions of these Bye-laws. A meeting may not be adjourned under this Bye-law 29.2 to a day which is more than 90 days after the day originally appointed for the meeting.
