Quotations and Price Lists. 1.1. Quotation: Written quotations by Seller (“Quotations”) unless otherwise indicated therein, shall expire automatically sixty (60) days after the date appearing on the Quotations unless Xxxxxx receives and accepts Xxxxx’s order within that period. Prior to the expiration date any Quotation is subject to change by Seller at any time upon written notice to Xxxxx.

Quotations and Price Lists. The price of the Goods shall be as per the quotation or, where no price has been quoted (or a quoted price is no longer valid) at the Seller’s standard or usual price.
Quotations and Price Lists. All orders are subject to prices and terms of sale in effect on the date of shipment and such prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice to Purchaser. Unless otherwise stated, all price quotations expire 30 days from the date of quotation and prices do not include freight or, where applicable, any federal, state or local taxes of any nature, all of which shall be paid by the Buyer.

  • Commercial Price List Reductions Where NYS Net Prices are based on a discount from Contractor’s list prices, price decreases shall take effect automatically during the Contract term and apply to Purchase Orders submitted on or after the date Contractor lowers its pricing to its customers generally or to similarly situated government customers during the Contract term; or

  • PRICING for Markup of Non-Prepriced Items in RS Means Unit Price Book What is your proposed Markup Percentage on materials not found in the RS Means Price Book? If any materials being utilized for a project cannot be found in the RS Means Price Book, this question is what is the markup percentage on those materials? When answering this question please insert the number that represents your percentage of proposed markup. Example: if you are proposing a 30 percent markup, please insert the number "30". Remember that this is a ceiling markup. You may markup a lesser percentage to the TIPS Member customer when pricing the project, but not a greater percentage. EXAMPLE: You need special materials that are not in the RS Means Unit Price Book for a project. You would buy the materials and mark them up to the TIPS Member customer by the percentage you propose in this question. If the materials cost you, the contractor, $100 and you proposed a markup on this question for the material of 30 percent, then you would charge the TIPS Member customer $130 for the materials.

  • Price List A price list of routine services that are normal and customary must be attached to this agreement (i.e., pressure check, safety/leak seek test, regulator replacement, after hours/same day/non-routine delivery, and other).

  • FIRM DISCOUNT AND PRICING STRUCTURE Contractor guarantees that prices quoted are equal to or less than prices quoted to any other local, State or Federal government entity for services of equal or lesser scope. Contractor agrees that no price increases shall be passed along to the County during the term of this Contract not otherwise specified and provided for within this Contract.

  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Due to rules administered by the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), all details of any transaction that are procured by the Agency may be used for publication in the MLS. Seller hereby consents to such publication on an unrestricted basis whereas the Agency must comply with all applicable MLS rules to allow data about the Property to be shown and made available by the MLS in addition to other internet websites. MLS rules generally provide that any property entered into its database be updated within forty-eight (48) hours, or some other period of time, after all necessary signatures have been obtained in regard to the Property. Seller has the right to prohibit any and all publication of information in regard to a transfer of the Property. In order to exercise this right, the Seller is required to authorize a separate addendum provided by the Agency and attach to this Agreement.
