Common use of Quoting process Clause in Contracts

Quoting process. 1.1.1. the Contracting Agency will prepare and deliver a Form Statement of Work RFP (SOW- RFP) to the contracted vendors using the form attached hereto as “Attachment D1”. 1.1.2. Vendors will then submit proposals within the date and time established by the Contracting Agency. 1.1.3. Following proposal evaluation, in the best interest of the State, the Contracting Agency may enter into a Statement of Work Agreement with the selected vendor. The Contracting Agency will prepare and deliver a Form Statement of Work (SOW) to the contracted vendor(s) using the form attached hereto as “Attachment D2”. Vendors will then submit the signed SOW to the Contracting Agency. 1.1.4. The Statement of Work Agreement will be administered by the Contracting Agency. 1.1.5. Projects over $100,000 require Standard Request for Proposals (RFPs). Any State project having an actual or anticipated cost greater than $100,000 may not be executed pursuant to this Master Agreement, and shall instead undergo a formal RFP process.
