R eopeners. During the 2018-19 fiscal year, should the District receive more than 4.82% in new ongoing State Revenues under the Local Control Funding Formula for the 2018-19 fiscal year (which is 1% more than currently anticipated), the parties agree to come together and meet on this issue. Prior to the commencement of the 2018-19 school year, the parties will negotiate the calendar for the 2021-22 school year. There shall be reopeners for 2019-20 on Article XVI – Salaries and Salary Rules of Application, Article XVII – Fringe Benefits, and one article per party. The remainder of the Agreement shall remain status quo. It is further understood that these articles will be the only subjects for negotiations. The ground rules outlined above will apply to the reopeners named in this section.

Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Re-openers 18.3.1 Upon written notice and completion of the Public Notice requirements set forth in Government Code Section 3547, the Association and District may re-open negotiations on compensation, health and welfare benefits (including such benefits for retirees), and two additional non-economic Articles selected by each party in each fiscal year of the Agreement.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.
