Common use of R eport Pay Clause in Contracts

R eport Pay. Employees who report for work as scheduled (unless otherwise notified in advance) and are released from duty by the Employer because of low need shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours’ work at the regular rate of pay. This commitment shall not apply when the Employer has made a good faith effort to notify the employee at least one and one-half (1 1/2) hours in advance of the scheduled shift. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to notify the Hospital of the employee’s current address and telephone number.
