Common use of Racial Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Racial Discrimination. 11.1. The Supplier shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof relating to discrimination in employment. The Supplier shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the observance of these provisions by all servants, employees or agents of the Supplier and all sub-contractors employed in the execution of the Contract.
