Railroad Operations. A. The Contractor shall be advised that trains and/or equipment should be expected on any track, at any time, and in either direction. The Contractor shall communicate with the Railroad MTM Representative to improve the Contractor’s understanding of Railroad traffic volume and operation at the Project site. The Contractor’s bid shall be structured assuming intermittent track windows as defined in Section 1.07 C
