The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for the provision of Rapid Rehousing Program to Eligible Participants and who does not have incomes higher that HUD’s Very Low Income Limit for the Area. Rapid Rehousing costs must be eligible and necessary to help the Participant move as quickly as possible into permanent housing and achieve stability within that housing. The CONTRACTOR shall:

The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for the administering, operating and coordinating the provision of Rapid Rehousing Program to Eligible Participants and who does not have incomes higher that HUD’s Very Low Income Limit for the Area. Rapid Rehousing costs must be eligible and necessary to help the Participant move as quickly as possible into permanent housing and achieve stability within that housing.
