Rate Elements - All Collocation. 8.3.1.1 CenturyLink will recover Collocation costs through both recurring and nonrecurring charges. The charges are determined by the scope of work to be performed based on the information provided by CLEC on the Collocation Application. A quotation is then developed by CenturyLink for the work to be performed.
