Common use of Rate of Pay for Temporarily Transferred Employees Clause in Contracts

Rate of Pay for Temporarily Transferred Employees. For the hours of actual work performed by an employee, whose designated job classification is listed in Appendix I and who is temporarily transferred to another job classification listed in Appendix I with a different straight- time rate of pay than the straight-time rate of pay for the employee's designated job classification, the employee shall be paid the greater straight-time rate between the job classification to which the employee is transferred and the employee's designated job classification.
