Rate of Pay Upon Reclassification. Where an employee is recommended for a reclassification which falls on the employee’s anniversary date the employee's salary shall be adjusted first by the implementation of the annual increment, provided the employee is recommended and an increment is available in the employee’s present pay range, and on the same date the employee’s salary shall be adjusted upward to comply with the provisions of Articles 35.04 and 35.05.
