Common use of Rates for Unbranding and Custom Clause in Contracts

Rates for Unbranding and Custom. Branding via OLNS software for Directory Assistance and for Operator Call Processing are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, to the extent BellSouth is unable to bill Synopsis Communications Inc. applicable charges currently, XxxxXxxxx shall track such charges and will bill the same retroactively at such time as a billing process is implemented. In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Synopsis Communications Inc. shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.

Rates for Unbranding and Custom. Branding via OLNS software for Directory Assistance and for Operator Call Processing are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, to the extent BellSouth is unable to bill Synopsis Communications Inc. xxxx Down Home Telephone applicable charges currently, XxxxXxxxx BellSouth shall track such charges and will bill xxxx the same retroactively at such time as a billing process is implemented. In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Synopsis Communications Inc. Down Home Telephone shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.

In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Synopsis Communications Triarch Marketing, Inc. shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.

In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Synopsis Communications Delta Phones, Inc. shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.

In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Synopsis Communications Inc. BTI shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Operator Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.

In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Synopsis Communications Ciera Network Systems, Inc. shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.

MOR Communications, LLC shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.

Consumers Telephone & Telecom shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.
