Common use of Rates for Unbranding and Custom Clause in Contracts

Rates for Unbranding and Custom. Branding via OLNS software for Directory Assistance and for Operator Call Processing are as set forth in this Attachment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, to the extent BellSouth is unable to xxxx Choice Telephone Company applicable charges currently, BellSouth shall track such charges and will xxxx the same retroactively at such time as a billing process is implemented. In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Choice Telephone Company shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth’s Directory Assistance and Operator Call Processing platforms as set forth in this Attachment. Further, where Choice Telephone Company is purchasing unbundled local switching from BellSouth, UNE usage charges for end office switching, tandem switching and transport, as applicable, shall continue to apply. In Tennessee, long-term promotions (offered for more than ninety (90) days) may be obtained at one of the following rates: (a) the stated tariff rate, less the wholesale discount; (b) the promotional rate (the promotional rate offered by BellSouth will not be discounted further by the wholesale discount rate)
