Common use of Rates for Unbranding and Custom Clause in Contracts

Rates for Unbranding and Custom. Branding via OLNS software for Directory Assistance and for Operator Call Processing are as set forth in the Pricing Schedule. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, to the extent AT&T is unable to xxxx NuVox applicable charges currently, AT&T shall track such charges and will xxxx the same retroactively at such time as a billing process is implemented. In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Page 49 of 321 Branding via OLNS software, NuVox shall continue to pay AT&T applicable labor and other charges for the use of AT&T's Directory Assistance and Call Processing platforms as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
