Ratification of Manager’s Actions. In furtherance, and not in limitation, of the foregoing provisions of this Article 7 and of the other provisions of this Agreement, each and every act and action taken by the Manager on behalf of the Company prior to the Effective Date hereof, and each and every agreement and document entered into for or on behalf of the Company, is hereby ratified and confirmed as a proper and bona fide act of the Company.
