Common use of Rating and Censorship Clause in Contracts

Rating and Censorship. Any failure of the Film to conform to the requirements, guidelines, and standards of the Motion Picture Association of America (“M PAA”) or any other rating or censorship board or organization; except, that Completion Guarantor shall ensure (a) the Film will be capable of qualifying for a rating not more restrictive than each rating, if any, required for Production and Delivery, and (b) the payment of the certification fees in connection therewith to the extent provision is made therefor in the Budget and is not subject to any other exclusion or limitation hereunder.
