Ratings and Feedback. 6.1. Insofar as a ratings system is applicable, it may not be abused or otherwise deliberately manipulated by any Transactor to the unfair detriment of another and/or the Market. 6.2. The ratings system is applicable for use only by Transactors who were engaged in an agreement of sale or service insofar as that transaction pertains to the reviewer/reviewee in question.

Ratings and Feedback oDesk provides its feedback and rating system as a means through which Users can express their opinions publicly and oDesk does not monitor or censor these opinions or investigate any remarks posted by Users for accuracy or reliability.   • Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it: a. Is authorized to do business in the State of Kansas; b. Carries a Best's policyholder rating of A- or better; and c. Carries at least a Class VIII financial rating; or d. Is a company mutually agreed upon by the City and Consulting Engineer/Architect.

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.

Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.

  • Maintenance of Ratings At all times, Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain (x) a corporate family rating issued by Xxxxx’x and a corporate credit rating issued by S&P and (y) public ratings issued by Xxxxx’x and S&P with respect to its senior secured debt.

  • Debt Ratings Prompt notice of any change in its Debt Ratings.

  • Maintenance of Rating Since the execution of this Agreement, there shall not have been any decrease in or withdrawal of the rating of any securities of the Company or any of its subsidiaries (including the Bank) by any “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” (as defined for purposes of Section 3(a)(62) of the 0000 Xxx) or any notice given of any intended or potential decrease in or withdrawal of any such rating or of a possible change in any such rating that does not indicate the direction of the possible change.
