Ratio. The ratio of apprentice to Journeyperson shall not exceed one (1) apprentices to each two (2) Journeyperson in the trade in which he/she is apprenticed (e.g. one (1) toolmaker apprentice to two (2) toolmakers.) If lay-offs become necessary, apprentices shall be laid off to maintain the same ratio.
