RCA Sample Clauses

RCA. (a) Will designate an employee who acts in the role of RCA’s Privacy Officer and communicate that designation and any changes to the designation to the Athlete as soon as the circumstances permit; (b) May collect Personal Information from the Athlete and will respect the confidentiality of medical information supplied by the athlete to RCA by not supplying this information to outside parties without the consents of the athlete, unless required to do so by law or in accordance with RCA’s anti-doping policies; (c) Will communicate to the Athlete which recordings, technology, tactics, methods, logistics or other information that RCA deems confidential as soon as the circumstances permit; (d) Xxxx protect all information gathered in relation to the Athlete; and (e) Will not disclose any information about the Athlete to outside parties without consent of the Athlete, unless required to do so by law.
RCA. (a) Will designate an employee who acts in the role of RCA’s Privacy Officer and, on request, will communicate that designation and any changes to the designation to the Athlete as soon as the circumstances permit; (b) May collect Personal Information from the Athlete, including medical information, and will respect the confidentiality of Personal Information supplied by the Athlete to RCA by not using or disclosing this information except for purposes consistent with the reason for which it was collected and by not supplying this information to outside parties without the consent of the Athlete, unless required to do so by law or in accordance with RCA’s anti- doping policies; (c) Xxxx, on request of the Athlete, confirm whether it considers specific recordings, technology, tactics, methods, logistics or other information confidential as soon as the circumstances permit; and
RCA. The term "RCA" shall mean the Regulatory Commission of Alaska or its successors.

  • Witness Services At all times from and after the Separation Time, each of Air Products and Versum shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to make available to the other, upon reasonable written request, its and its Subsidiaries’ officers, directors, employees and agents (taking into account the business demands of such individuals) as witnesses to the extent that (i) such Persons may reasonably be required to testify in connection with the prosecution or defense of any Action in which the requesting Party may from time to time be involved (except for claims, demands or Actions in which one or more members of one Group is adverse to one or more members of the other Group) and (ii) there is no conflict in the Action between the requesting Party and the other Party. A Party providing a witness to the other Party under this Section 7.4 shall be entitled to receive from the recipient of such witness services, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses (which shall not include the costs of salaries and benefits of employees who are witnesses or any pro rata portion of overhead or other costs of employing such employees which would have been incurred by such employees’ employer regardless of the employees’ service as witnesses), as may be reasonably incurred and properly paid under applicable Law.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Municipal Services Commencing on the effective date of annexation, the City will provide the municipal services set forth below. As used in this Agreement, “providing services” includes having services provided by any method or means by which the City may extend municipal services to any other area of the City.

  • Shareholder Services Transfer Agent or its agent will investigate all inquiries from Shareholders of a Fund relating to Shareholder accounts and will respond to all communications from Shareholders and others relating to its duties hereunder and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between Transfer Agent and a Fund. Transfer Agent shall provide each Fund with reports concerning Shareholder inquires and the responses thereto by Transfer Agent, in such form and at such times as are agreed to by the Fund and Transfer Agent.
