Common use of Re-application Clause in Contracts

Re-application. 3.5.1 Any person may at any time make a further application to join the Property Pool Plus, if they have cause to believe they should no longer be treated as ineligible and/or disqualified, because their circumstances or behaviour has changed. Applicants will be expected to evidence the changes in their circumstances or behaviour. There is no limit on the number or frequency of times a person may re-apply. No person will be excluded from making an application.
