RE: Cosmetician Posting Issues. In an effort to amicably resolve issues relating to the posting of vacancies in the cosmetics department, the parties agree that grievances over job postings in this department will be expedited and will be filed directly at step three (3) of the grievance procedure. The parties agree to make every effort to take into consideration the interests of all employees who may be affected. Failing resolution in the grievance procedure the parties agree they will request a third party mediator to assist in resolving any issues prior to the matter proceeding to arbitration.
