Maximum Accumulation Maximum accumulation amounts apply only to the amount of annual leave that may be carried over from one leave year to the next, and do not limit accumulated leave balances during the leave year.

Extension After Suspension When a suspension occurs through no fault of PURCHASER, PURCHASER may request an extension of time for performance of this contract, for a period not to exceed the period of operations that were suspended. The request for extension must be in writing and:
Rate Redetermination after Catastro- phic Damage In event of Catastrophic Damage and ad- justment, if any, of Included Timber, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the catastrophe-caused difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the catastrophe and the appraised unit value of existing and potential Included Timber immediately after the ca- tastrophe. Included Timber is any that would not be elimi- nated under B8.32. Potential Included Timber is any that would be added under B8.32. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of catastrophe shall be adjusted by said differences to be- come the redetermined rates for the purpose of a contract modification under B8.32. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to new Base Rate limitations of 25 cents per hun- dred cubic feet or equivalent. However, existing Base In- dices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Upon agreement under B8.32, redetermined rates and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to Catastrophic Damage. Unpaid Leave - After Three Years For every three (3) years' continuous service, an employee may request, in writing, an extended unpaid leave of absence, giving the longest possible advance notice. Every reasonable effort shall be made to comply with such requests providing that replacements to ensure proper operation of the Employer's business can be found. Notice of the Employer's decision shall be in writing.
Sick Leave Accumulation a. All unused days of sick leave at full pay for all employees, shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred ten (210) days. Such sick leave benefits so accrued will be usable after the annual full days allowed, and prior to any half pay benefits.
Contribution Formula - Basic Life Coverage For employee basic life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, the Employer contributes one-hundred (100) percent of the cost.
Non-Paid Status During Treatment After Positive Test The employee will be in a non-pay status during any absence for evaluation or treatment, while participating in a rehabilitation program.
