Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.
Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.
Hours worked means the time during which an employee is subject to the control of an employer, and includes all the time the employee is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.
Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.
Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the relevant location on a Business Day.

Exposed workplace means any work location, working area, or common area at work used or accessed by a COVID-19 case during the high-risk period, including bathrooms, walkways, hallways, aisles, break or eating areas, and waiting areas. Mentally ill means having a mental illness.
Deadly weapon means any weapon, whether loaded or unloaded, from which a shot may be discharged, or a switchblade knife, gravity knife, billy, blackjack, bludgeon, or metal knuckles.
Hot Work means work involving electric or gas welding, cutting, brazing, or similar flame or spark-producing operations.
job work means any treatment or process undertaken by a person on goods belonging to another registered person and the expression “job worker” shall be construed accordingly;
night work means work performed after 18:00 and before 06:00 the next day;

Regular hours worked means those hours which the court is regularly scheduled to work during any given work week. Depending on the particular court, these hours may vary from court to court within the county but remain the same for each work week.
Actively at Work and "active work" means actually performing on a Full- time basis each and every duty pertaining to your job in the place where and the manner in which the job is normally performed. This includes approved time off such as vacation, jury duty and funeral leave, but does not include time off as a result of injury or illness.
