Reactive Power and Voltage Requirements. The reactive power requirements for the Generating Facility are specified in Article 8.2 of this Agreement. In addition, the Generating Facility is subject to GTC’s reactive power and voltage requirements. These requirements may be found in the Generator Interconnection folder on GTC’s OASIS website. GTC shall endeavor to provide prompt notice to the Applicant of any changes to the requirements.

Reactive Power and Voltage Requirements. The reactive power requirements for the Generating Facility are specified in Article 9.6 of this Agreement. In addition, the Generating Facility is subject to Transmission Provider’s reactive power and voltage requirements. These requirements may be found in the Generator Interconnection folder on Transmission Provider’s OASIS website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxxx.xxx/SOCO. Transmission Provider shall endeavor to provide prompt notice to Interconnection Customer of any changes to the requirements. A Generating Facility that is unmanned and/or controlled remotely is required to provide an onsite plant voltage/var controller.

Distributor will order Software from SAP using and filling out completely such forms and minimum order requirements as SAP may prescribe from time to time and must comply with any then-current order process for the specific Software product.
