Real Driving Additional sound emission provisions. The Real Driving Additional Sound Emission Provisions (RD-ASEP) apply only to vehicles of categories M1 and N1 equipped with: an internal combustion engine (ICE) for propulsion of the vehicle, or any other propulsion technology fitted with an exterior sound enhancement system. Vehicles are deemed to fulfil the requirements of Annex 7, if the vehicle manufacturer provides technical documents to the type approval authority showing, that the difference between maximum and minimum engine speed of the vehicles at BB' for any test condition inside the ASEP control range defined in paragraph 3.3. of Annex 7 to this Regulation (including Annex 3 conditions) does not exceed 0.15 x S. This article is intended especially for non-lockable transmissions with variable gear ratios (CVT).

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace.
