Real Property Issues. The Seller and the Company shall obtain customary servitudes for industrial properties and estoppel certificates, or take such other actions, as required to resolve the issues described in items four and five of Schedule 4.19 of the Disclosure Schedules and do not impose any material monetary liability on the Company after the Closing without Buyer’s consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld); provided, that if such issues have not been resolved prior to the Closing, the Seller shall sell reimburse the Buyer and the Company for all related expenses incurred after the Closing in pursuit of resolving such issues.   • Real Property Interests Except for leasehold interests disclosed on Schedule 3.20, and except for the ownership or other interests set forth on Schedule 3.20, no Credit Party has, as of the Closing Date, any ownership, leasehold or other interest in real property. Schedule 3.20 sets forth, with respect to each parcel of real estate owned by any Credit Party as of the Closing Date, the address and legal description of such parcel.

  • Real Property Matters The Company does not own any real property as of the date hereof and has not owned any real property during the three years preceding the date hereof.

  • Real Property; Assets (a) Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries owns any real property.
