Real Property Used in the Business. The Owned Real Property identified on Schedule 2.19(a) and Leased Real Property identified on Schedule 2.19(b) (collectively, the “Real Property”), constitute all of the material real property used or intended to be used in, or otherwise related to, the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Real Property Used in the Business. The Owned Real Property identified in Section 3.18(a) and the Leased Real Property identified in Section 3.18(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedules, comprise all of the material real property used or intended to be used in, or otherwise related to, the Group Companies’ business.
Real Property Used in the Business. The Leased Real Property identified on the attached “Leased Real Property Schedule” and the Owned Real Property identified on the attached “Owned Real Property Schedule” comprise all of the real property used in the operation of the Business. To the Company’s Knowledge, there are no facts or conditions affecting any of the Owned Real Property or Leased Real Property which would interfere with the use or occupancy of such Owned Real Property or Leased Real Property in the operation of the Business as presently conducted.
Real Property Used in the Business. The Leased Real Property identified in Schedule 3.21(b) comprises all of the real property leased by the BioD Companies or used or held for use by the BioD Companies in the operation of the Business.
Real Property Used in the Business. The Owned Real Property identified in Schedule 6(r), the Leased Real Property identified in Schedule 6(q) and the Leasehold Improvements (collectively, the “Real Property”) comprise all of the real property used or intended to be used in, or otherwise related to, the Companies’ Businesses.

The Leased Real Property identified in the Company Disclosure Schedule and the Improvements comprise all of the real property used in the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries. The leased Real Property is in suitable condition for the conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as currently conducted.
Real Property Used in the Business. The Owned Real Property and the Leased Real Property (collectively, the “Real Property”) comprises all of the real property used by the Group Companies in in the Group Companies’ businesses.
Real Property Used in the Business. RSUI does not own any real property. All leased real property used in the Business is leased to RSUI. With respect to the lease relating to the property in Xxxxxxx Oaks, California, the parties hereto acknowledge such lease is guaranteed by RIC on behalf of RSUI. Purchaser hereby agrees that it will cause AIHL Insurance Co. to indemnify RIC for any payments it may make under the guaranty after the Closing; provided, however, that Seller agrees neither Purchaser nor AIHL Insurance Co. shall be obligated by this Section 12.1 or by the Substitution and Indemnification Agreement to indemnify RIC for any payments made by RIC after the Closing to the extent that such payments relate to Damages arising from the failure to obtain the Xxxxxxx Oaks Consent or which otherwise relate to matters for which Purchaser is entitled to indemnification pursuant to the last sentence of Section 8.6(b).
Real Property Used in the Business. The Company Real Property identified on Schedule I comprises all of the real property used in the operation of the Business.
Real Property Used in the Business. The Leased Real Property identified in Section 5.7(a) of the Disclosure Schedule comprises all of the real property used in the operation of the Business. No member of the Company Group has a fee interest in any real property.
