Common use of Realignment Clause in Contracts

Realignment. For purposes of placement on ULA or reinstatement from ULA, nothing in this article shall require the School District to reassign a senior teacher to a different position to accommodate the seniority claims of another teacher.

Realignment. For purposes of placement on in ULA or reinstatement from ULA, nothing in this article shall require the School District to reassign a senior teacher to a different position to accommodate that the seniority claims of another teacherteacher is not qualified, as defined in Section 2. above.

Realignment. For purposes of placement on ULA or reinstatement from ULA, nothing in this article shall require the School District to reassign a senior teacher principal to a different position for which he/she is not qualified, as defined in Section 2. above, to accommodate the seniority claims of another teachera junior principal.
