Briefings. Prior to the Execution Date, the Agent has provided, and not less than once during each year of the Term the Agent shall provide, to the Funds a copy of the SAS 70 Report prepared by the Agent’s public auditor. The Funds shall be entitled to a briefing with respect to any material deficiencies in such report to assure themselves that any corrective actions required in such report to be taken by the Agent have been properly implemented. The Agent shall promptly perform, and pursue until completed, any corrective action required in any such report or required under Applicable Law cited in any audit conducted under Applicable Law by any governmental authority or the Agent’s public auditor which the Agent has agreed to make. In addition, the Agent will permit the Funds and their authorized representatives, at the Funds’ sole expense, at reasonable times during normal business hours to make periodic inspections of the Agent’s operations on behalf of, and directly related to the business of, the Funds.
Briefings. 18.7.1 Employers will take reasonable steps to provide CATI employees with as much advance notice as possible of briefings for new projects.
18.7.2 Where reasonably practicable (including by reference to project cost considerations, client confidentiality obligations and whether or not additional interviewers will be required and/or available for the project), briefings shall be recorded and made accessible to interviewers who are unable to attend on the day of the briefing.
18.7.3 Where a casual employee is directed to watch/listen to a pre-recorded briefing and the employee so does, the employee will be paid for the duration of the recorded briefing as time worked.

Briefings. The Company shall supply, at no cost to the Director, periodic briefings on the business, director packages for each board and committee meeting, copies of minutes of meetings, any materials required under the Certificate and Bylaws, documentation for any committee of the Board on which the Director serves, and any other materials that may, by mutual agreement, be necessary for performing the Services.
Briefings. 1. The investigating authority of the importing Party upon written request of the parties concerned, conducted briefings in order to make the pertinent information on the content of preliminary and final decisions.
2. The request referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted within five working days following the date of the publication of the ruling. in both cases, the investigating authority shall carry out the meeting within 15 working days of the submission of the request.
3. The meeting shall take place at the seat of the investigating authority of the importing Party.
4. The meetings of the information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, the parties concerned shall be entitled to review reports or technical reports, the calculation methodology sheets, and, in general, any element in which it has been informed the corresponding resolution.
Briefings. Employees on a regular shift rotation; whether 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour, shall report for all required fifteen (15) minute pre-shift briefings, which shall be paid at one and one-half (1 1/2) the employees scheduled hourly rate, exclusive of all shift premiums or step up. For purposes of computing overtime, briefings shall not be considered hours worked so that there will be no pyramiding of overtime.
Briefings. The Agency will provide a contracting out, insourcing, and FAIR briefing in connection with a national Union/Management meeting at least once per year in April. This briefing does not preclude the issue from being addressed at any subsequent national Union/Management meeting.
