Vacation Requests Regular employees become eligible for paid vacation leave once they have completed six (6) months of continuous employment. Vacations requests must be submitted by no later than January 31st to be scheduled for the vacation calendar year of April 1- March 31. Vacation time may be divided into blocks of one to two weeks in duration. Scheduling of vacation shall be in accordance with seniority within a classification. Where an employee chooses to split their vacation, they shall exercise seniority rights in the choice of the first vacation period. Seniority shall prevail in the choice of the second vacation period but only after all other first vacation periods have been selected. Remaining vacation periods will be scheduled in a fair and equitable manner amongst employees within a classification. The approved vacation schedule will be posted at the worksite on or before February 28th in each year. Employees will be limited to booking a maximum of two (2) consecutive weeks of vacation during prime vacation period (June 15 - September 15; and December 15 - January 5), unless further consecutive weeks would not interfere with the vacation preferences of less senior employees. The Employer will make every effort to accommodate requests for vacation of more than two (2) consecutive weeks outside of prime vacation periods. Employees failing to exercise their right to request vacation within the vacation selection time posted by the Employer will forfeit their seniority rights with respect to choice of vacation time. In such cases, the Employer reserves the right to schedule vacation time for the employee. A maximum of two (2) weeks of vacation time may be carried forward from one year to another. Employees who wish to carry vacation forward should notify the Employer by February 28th. If the employee has not requested all of their vacation leave, the Employer reserves the right to schedule the remaining vacation days within the last four (4) months of the calendar year. The Employer may also pay out unused vacation credits at the end of March each calendar year.

If this is unsuccessful (for example, the Eligible Transaction Account has been closed) we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.
Information Requests The parties hereto shall provide any information reasonably requested by the Servicer, the Issuer, the Seller or any of their Affiliates, in order to comply with or obtain more favorable treatment under any current or future law, rule, regulation, accounting rule or principle.
Payment Cancellation Requests You may cancel or edit any Scheduled Payment (including recurring payments) by following the directions within the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered. There is no charge for canceling or editing a Scheduled Payment. Once the Service has begun processing a payment it cannot be cancelled or edited, therefore a stop payment request must be submitted.
Funding Requests 4.1 The Consortium seeks the approval of the Fund Council for research and other programs to implement the SRF by submitting CRP proposals to the Fund Council. The Fund Council and the Consortium are expected to determine and coordinate an appropriate degree of and approach for Fund Donor input into the development of CRP proposals. Descriptions in each CRP proposal and reporting by the Consortium on the use of funds received under the resulting CRP are expected to have sufficient granularity to demonstrate progress on activities funded in such program, with a focus on outputs, outcomes and impacts, highlighting the SRF and impact pathways.
Cancellation of Collocation Request CLEC may cancel a Collocation request prior to the completion of the request by Qwest by submitting a Collocation Cancellation Application. CLEC shall be responsible for payment of all costs incurred by Qwest up to the point when the cancellation is received. Collocation Cancellation is available for all Collocations under a particular billing authorization number (BAN) for which CLEC has not received notification of completion from Qwest. Cancellation is offered for all types of Collocation. A cancellation will only occur upon request by CLEC.
Participation Requirements The right to participate in the Public Bidding have parties which have cumulatively fulfilled the following requirements: have purchased the Bidding documents; have signed the Confidentiality Agreement; have submitted the Application for participation in the Public Sale; have paid in the deposit for participation in the Public Bidding at the amount of RSD 881.300,00, which can also be paid in the counter-value of the foreign convertible currency, calculated according to the official intermediate exchange rate of the NBS, current on the announcing date of the Public Invitation or have submitted the Bid Bond at the amount of RSD 881.300,00 along with the Application for participation in the Public Bidding, which can also be paid in the counter-value of the foreign convertible currency, calculated in accordance with the official intermediate exchange rate of the NBS, current on the announcing date of the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Bidding, and have registered for participation in the Public Bidding. As a Bidder can apply also a Consortium consisted of domestic and/or foreign legal entities and/or individuals (hereinafter: Consortium). Through the Consortium Agreement members of Consortium have to authorize one of them to represent the Consortium (hereinafter: the Authorized Representative of the Consortium) to act on behalf of and for the account of the Consortium. Through the Consortium Agreement it has to be specified the unlimited joint and several liability of all members of a Consortium. The Consortium Agreement has to be submitted along with the Application for participation in the Public Bidding. Selling (bidding) documents: Selling documents must contain: - The Confidentiality Agreement - Application form for participation in the Public Bidding - Draft SPA for sale of shares - Rules of the Public Bidding procedure – Instructions to Bidders - Relevant documents related to property and legal matters Those who are interested may purchase selling documents at the price of RSD 40.000,00 without VAT, after the invoice by the Privatization Agency has been issued. After the payment evidence has been submitted, the selling documents can be collected at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xx, 0xx floor, office 511. The funds paid for the purchase of the selling documents are not to be returned. The selling documents are available to interested parties commencing with 08 January until 05 February 2007, on working days from 09:00 by 16:00. The parties which have purchased the Bidding documents and signed the Confidentiality Agreement will be enabled to visit the Subject of sale. The site visit schedule will be determined in accordance with the Rules of the Public Bidding procedure – Instructions to Bidders.

Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.
