REASSIGNMENT WITHIN BUILDINGS. Beginning January of each school year, building principals may reassign teachers in their building to teach any subject for which the teacher is licensed and highly qualified. The reassignment for grades K-8 shall be within three (3) grade levels above or below their current assignment. The reassignment shall be for the following year. Such reassignments shall not be made for arbitrary or capricious reasons.
