Reassignments Occasioned By Reduction Of Force. 135. Permanent Court employees who are subject to layoff, may submit a request to the Court Executive Officer for reassignment to a position within their capacities to perform, whether or not within the classification for which they qualified for appointment. Such request for reassignment shall be subject to the following: 136. a. Request for reassignment shall be submitted on the form prescribed by the Court Executive Officer or designee.
