The Employer shall have the right to recall those members in good standing who are out of work that were employed by the Employer within the Local’s jurisdiction during the last twelve (12) months. All employees shall present to the Employer a referral slip, either in person or by facsimile transmission, from the Union, prior to his commencing employment.
