Common use of Recall of Apprentices and Trainees Clause in Contracts

Recall of Apprentices and Trainees. Apprentices and Trainees laid off due to lack of work may be recalled by their respective Employer, through the Union District Office, at any time during a one year period provided the Apprentice or Trainee was employed by the Employer for more than ninety (90) working days and is available for work.
