Recall of Assistance. The Responding Official may at any time recall such assistance when in his or her best judgement or by an order from the governing body of the Responding Party, it is considered to be in the best interests of the Responding Party to do so.
Recall of Assistance. The Responding Official, at his/her own sole discretion (or by order of the governing body of the Responding Party), may at any time recall assistance when it is determined that the Responding Party shall cease any further assistance. No liability to the Responding Party or Official shall result by the Responding Party’s recall of assistance.
Recall of Assistance. The SOT Team Leader Manager may at any time and in its sole judgment terminate and recall the SOT or any part thereof. The decision to recall the SOT provided pursuant to this aAgreement will not result in liability to the SOT.
