Recall of Professional Employees (Revised January, 2005). a. Any qualifying tenured professional employee laid off shall retain the right to recall to the first available position within the employee’s area for which he/she is qualified, prior to the employment of outside candidates. Recall rights shall terminate two years after the termination of employment.
