Recall Rights of Substitutes. 1. The recall list will also contain the names of long- term and continuous building substitutes with 120 days in the same teaching assignment, and long-term and continuous building substitutes with 89 days but less than 120 days in the same teaching assignment, in that order. These substitutes will be listed after regular contract teachers. New teachers will not be employed until all placement requirements have been met and there is no one on the recall list who has, or can obtain, certification for the job.
