Recall to Any Position for which Qualified. Employees on the recall list shall have the right to return to a vacancy in their former job classification or to any classification for which they are qualified providing no other employee with greater seniority is not promoted or transferred to such vacant position. When such transfers or promotions occur, resulting in a vacant position, the employee on the recall list will be offered the resulting vacant position.
