Receipt of NGLs. All NGLs shall be received into the Medford Spheres from the Ponca City Refinery via pipelines. TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**). (a) Flow Rates/Pressures. The Medford Spheres are designed to receive NGLs with a minimum flow rate of 80 Barrels of NGLs per hour, a minimum operating pressure of 270 pounds per square inch gauge, and a maximum operating pressure of 450 pounds per square inch gauge. Company shall be solely responsible for providing deliveries into the Medford Spheres at pressures sufficient to meet the requirements of Holdings. Company shall, at its sole cost and expense, deliver NGLs to the Medford Spheres. The Medford Spheres are designed to redeliver NGLs with a minimum flow rate of 1500 Barrels of NGLs per hour and a minimum operating pressure of 540 pounds per square inch gauge, and a maximum flow rate of 6250 Barrels of NGLs per hour and a maximum operating pressure of 740 pounds per square inch gauge. (b) Specifications. Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all NGLs it delivers hereunder shall comply with the applicable specifications as outlined in Exhibit C. Holdings retains the right to inspect and reject any NGLs that do not conform to the applicable specifications, including the right, in Holdings’s sole judgment, to shut off the valve into the Medford Spheres.

  • Receipt of Notice For purposes of this provision, the Consultant’s receipt of the written notice of termination will be determined based on the date of actual receipt or based on Subsection 20.2 below, whichever occurs first.

  • Receipt of Agreement Each of the parties hereto acknowledges that it or he has read this Agreement in its entirety and does hereby acknowledge receipt of a fully executed copy thereof. A fully executed copy shall be an original for all purposes, and is a duplicate original.

  • Receipt of Product The Contractor shall be solely responsible for assuring that deliveries are made to personnel authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the Authorized User. Any losses resulting from the Contractor’s failure to deliver Product to authorized personnel shall be borne exclusively by the Contractor.

  • Receipt of Funds The Custodian shall, from time to time, receive funds for or on behalf of the Funds and shall hold such funds in safekeeping. Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall credit funds so received to one or more Accounts designated in such Proper Instructions. Promptly after receipt of such funds from the Fund Custodian or a Repo Custodian or promptly following the transfer to an Account from any account maintained by Custodian in its capacity as Fund Custodian, or as Repo Custodian, the Custodian shall provide written confirmation of such receipt to the Fund Custodian or Repo Custodian, when and as applicable, and of such receipt or transfer to the Fund Agent designated in Section 7.07(b) hereof (the "Fund Agent"). The Custodian shall designate on its books and records the funds allocable to each Account and the identity of each Fund participating in such Account.

  • Receipt of Goods The goods shall be deemed received by Buyer when delivered to Buyer at City of Naples, 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000. Delivery of the goods to Buyer shall occur on a business day and shall not occur after 3:15 p.m. on the delivery day.

  • Receipt of Items We reserve the right to reject any Image or Item transmitted through the Service, at our discretion, without liability to you. We are not responsible for Images we do not receive or for Images that are dropped during transmission. An Image of an Item shall be deemed received only when you receive a confirmation from us that we have received the Image and accepted your deposit. However, the confirmation that we send you does not mean that the transmission was complete or error free.

  • Receipt of Communications Any communication received by the Custodian on a day which is not a Business Day or after 3:30 p.m., Eastern time (or such other time as is agreed by the Company and the Custodian from time to time), on a Business Day will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day (but in the case of communications so received after 3:30 p.m., Eastern time, on a Business Day the Custodian will use its best efforts to process such communications as soon as possible after receipt).
