Common use of Receipt of Results Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Results. Upon the receipt of notice that an employee’s second confirmatory drug test is complete, all laboratories shall provide the MRO with the results of each and every testing sequence, including a copy of the Chain of Custody Form. The MRO will provide copies of this documentation to the Fire Chief or his designee, the firefighter and IAFF Local No. 1348 President or his designee.
