Decommissioning The expenditure for Decommissioning will be estimated on the basis of technical studies undertaken by the Contractor, to be agreed by the National Petroleum Agency, as part of each Field Development Program and revised as necessary.
Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.
Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.
Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following:
Conservation Tenant hereby agrees to comply with all energy conservation procedures, controls and requirements instituted by Landlord pursuant to any government regulations or otherwise, including but not limited to controls on the permitted range of temperatures, the volume of energy consumption or the hours of operation of the Building. Institution by Landlord of such controls and requirements shall not entitle Tenant to terminate this Lease or to an abatement of any Rent payable hereunder.
