RECOGNITION AND JURISDICTION. Section 1. Recognition Bellevue School District #405 (District) recognizes the Bellevue Education Association (Association) as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining of all certificated employees of District #405. The District agrees not to bargain with or recognize any certificated employee organization other than the Association for the duration of this recognition. Such bargaining and recognition shall extend to the maximum period allowed by law. In addition to the foregoing and subject to the limitation provided for in c) below, the District recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining for the following employees:
