RECOGNITION AND SCOPE OF REPRESENTATION. The District confirms its recognition of CSEA as the exclusive representative of 6 classified employees as set forth in Board Resolution #4 dated July 7, 1976, and 7 acknowledges that CSEA is the exclusive bargaining representative for all 8 classified employees, except employees classified as: 10 Management 11 Supervisory 12 Confidential Employees 13 Short Term* 14 Substitute* "Substitute employee," as used in this section, means any person employed to replace any classified employee who is temporarily absent from duty.
