RECOGNITION AND SCOPE. 1.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer employed at its Hotel in the City of Xxxxxxxx save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office, sales and accounting staff. 1.02 Any changes or amendments to this agreement during its term shall be incorporated only with mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union. 1.03 Terms importing the singular shall be deemed to include the plural unless the context requires otherwise. 1.04 The term “employee” or “employees” means an employee employed within the bargaining unit for which the Union is recognized as described in 1.01.
