RECOGNITION AND SCOPE. 1.01 The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for employees covered by this Agreement. 1.02 This Agreement shall apply to all employees of Expertech Network Installation Inc. in Canada engaged in clerical and related work, including employees temporarily assigned outside Canada, covered by the certification order of the Canadian Labour Relations Board, dated July 5th, 2002.

RECOGNITION AND SCOPE. 1.01 The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for employees covered by this Agreementagreement. 1.02 This Agreement shall apply to all employees of Expertech Network Installation Inc. in Canada engaged working in clerical connection with the installation of communications and related workequipment, including employees temporarily assigned outside of Canada, but excluding employees engaged in the clerical and related work, installation supervisors, foremen and those above those ranks, as covered by the certification order of the Canadian Labour Industrial Relations Board, Board dated July 5th5, 2002.
