RECOGNITION AND UNION SECURITY. A. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all clerks, cashiers, pharmacy clerks, pharmacy technicians, and photo technicians employed in the Employer’s stores.

A. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the representative of all employees as classified herein and the sole collective bargaining agency for the purpose of acting for the employees in negotiating and exclusive bargaining agent for all clerks, cashiers, pharmacy clerks, pharmacy technicians, interpreting the Memorandum of Understanding and photo technicians employed in the Employer’s storesadjusting disputes.
