Recognition of Responsibilities and Rights of the Association. a. The Board hereby agrees that every certified employee of the District shall have the right to organize, join, and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in the IBA process and for the processing of grievances. The Board agrees that it will not discriminate against any teacher by reason of his/her membership in the Association, his/her participation in any activities of the Association or meeting with representatives of the Board, his/her participation in any grievance, complaint or proceeding under this MOU.
